Can I return my products?
Yes, please contact us immediately via email if your device is faulty and under warranty.

If we cannot repair your device, it will be replaced with an identical device or you will be offered a full refund
Your 12 month warranty does not cover the battery or any faults caused by physical damages, product misuse or using the product outside the manufacturer's guidelines. Also, it does not cover products that have incurred a fault due to electrical surge and software issue.

In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
