Can I return my products?

Yes, please contact us immediately via email if your device is faulty and under warranty.

Australian Consumers are entitled to a solution of a repair, replacement or refund if a product or service they buy doesn’t meet one of the basic rights. These basic rights are known as consumer guarantees.

If we cannot repair your device, it will be replaced with an identical device or you will be offered a full refund 

Your 12 month warranty does not cover the battery or any faults caused by physical damages, product misuse or using the product outside the manufacturer's guidelines. Also, it does not cover products that have incurred a fault due to electrical surge and software issue.

14 Days return policy 

In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will receive the full refund within 14 days after our product team has received and inspected the item. In the event that there are obvious signs of use, our product team reserves the right to apportion you a refund value deemed reasonable. Who pays for the return shipping ?

Under Australian Consumer Law - Consumers are responsible for paying for returning products that can be posted or easily returned

How will my money be returned?

If we cannot repair or replace your device we will refund your money via the same method you originally used to make payment. So if your Originally paid via Paypal, It will be credited into you payPal account.
