How do I send my device?

Simply use our pre-paid Australia Post shipping label provided to you via email after you have locked in the offer above. ( Victorian customers can drop off their device at our Melbourne distribution centre - 132 Johnston St, Collingwood and be paid on the spot)

How fast will I get paid?

We issue payment on the same day we receive and verify your device—the fastest in the industry. The faster you ship, the quicker you get paid. Regular shipment times are around 2-3 business days.

What if my device is damaged?

We only trade fully operational working devices in excellent or good condition , we do not accept devices with missing keys , damage to the device , screen cracks, blemishes or deep scratches

What happens to my device's data?

We strongly recommend you delete all data and reset your device before sending.We take data protection very seriously and all devices undergo secure and full data deletion once they reach our facility.

My device didn't pass inspection, what then?

We understand that sometimes devices don’t match the specifications or conditions you described. If this happens, we will send you a new offer for review. If you reject our offer, we will return your device/s to you.

What happens if I mistakenly ship the wrong device?

Don’t fret about it. Professional, skilled technicians evaluate each order for accuracy the moment they arrive. While they check your order for accuracy, they also make quick decisions regarding what will happen next to your items. Anything from remanufacturing, refurbishing, or recycling is possible. If we find any discrepancies in your order, we will contact you (usually via email) to keep you in the loop and updated. No matter if the new offer(s) is less, more, or equal to the original offer(s), the decision is up to you.

How do you handle mail fraud, fake devices, and scam orders?

We take mail fraud and scams seriously. That’s why we regularly assist Australian law enforcement in the investigation of mail fraud , altering shipping labels, fake devices , and stolen property.

As a licensed Second hand dealer we are by law required to record the device's electronic serial number for each item we receive, so we can provide a trail for items under investigation by Australian law enforcement and insurance companies.

As part of our online trade-in process, each of our customers is required to contractually confirm that the device is in fact theirs to sell and won’t be reported as lost or stolen.
