We provide Free Standard Shipping via Australia Post for all orders within Australia. Excluding Desktops/AIO - Flat rate shipping for Desktops and All in One computers is a flat rate of $49 Australia Wide 

Please note that these shipping options are for Australia ONLY.

We provide you with tracking information via email when your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few hours from the email being sent for the tracking information to be validated by Australia Post .

Click and Collect

Click and Collect is only available for customers in Melbourne. Our Click and Collect orders will take 24-48 hours to prepare the machine ready for collection. A team member will contact you via phone or email to inform you that the machine is ready to be collected from our Melbourne location 132 Johnston St , Collingwood 3066

Returns

All our products are covered by the Refurb Rebel 1 year warranty as standard. Please contact us if you would like to return your item that is still under warranty. Outside of this period please contact us at sales@refurbrebel.com and our support staff will assist.
