What's Covered?

Your Refurb Rebel 2 Year Warranty provides protection against eligible hardware faults arising during normal use that are attributable to defects in materials, components, refurbishment or workmanship.

For an approved warranty claim, Refurb Rebel will assess your device and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• Repair of the device
• Replacement with an equivalent refurbished device
• Refund where appropriate

All warranty claims are assessed in accordance with our Refurb Rebel 2 Year Warranty Terms & Conditions and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Battery Degradation

Batteries are consumable components and naturally lose capacity over time and through normal use.

A reduction in battery runtime or capacity caused by normal battery degradation is not considered a warranty fault.

This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12 Month Warranty

Refurb Rebel warrants this refurbished hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Unless otherwise stated above

Shipping Information

Refurb Rebel provides Free Standard Shipping with Australia Post for all our orders within Australia.

We provide you with tracking information via email when your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few hours from the email being sent for the tracking information to be validated by Australia Post.

In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
